management
political/toxic culture
the constant threat of layoffs
management
lack of proper raises and bonuses
lack of communication
complicated processes that take too much time to complete that could easily be streamlined to talk a quarter of that time

It seems that all the non union employees in this company think that they are better than the next person right next to them. They all have big ego's ,and big mouths. But when they get lay offs or riffs they cry why me...lol
Why? Unioners are the most miserable people you will ever meet and they will stay at all costs until they are kicked out the door.
If you are this miserable at the company, perhaps you should consider another role outside the company or in another department.
“lack of communication”
See that is just wring. They communicate their “political/toxic culture” and “lack of proper raises and bonuses” perfectly even doubling down saying it isnt a compensation issue it is a showing people they have meaningful work issue.
don't forget your pulse survey! 🤪🤪
Union should be number 1.
Poutine is awesome!
Too many people in IT whose names you can't pronounce. And most can't follow instructions to get from A to B.

"This is the greatest company in the US to work for "
- That's funny...if that were true, why do you keep outsourcing jobs overseas or turning corporate stores into vendors? Why are you eliminating commissions if it's so great? Why are you not giving raises to longtime employees? These are all things the greatest company in the US would do.
You couldn’t be more wrong. This is by far the greatest company in the US to work for. Brilliant and strategic goals set by incredible people for an ever changing future. Buckle up for the amazing ride or hop the train.
