Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

Compliance and Operational Risk Jo--t Town Hall - May 3

Way too many of the presenters looking down on their phones during the call. Even if virtual, a bit disrespectful. And this was consistent across the session.

Derek F. said he is working weekends. It sounds like he is under a little bit of pressure - either that or he is not managing very well. Please comment.

Careful son, them’s fightin’ words. Charlie is the rock star and he’s got the lawyer guitars to prove it and the lawyers themselves to make you fly right.

Derek is the best CRO we’ve ever had. Paula is a rock star and Bill may just be Ops Risk leader of 2022.

The call was a display of confidence, professionalism, and how leadership cares about its employees.

Love the stagecoach!!

What was said about RTO? I’ve been going to the office, but have only met one admin and ran into a person I know from a different company. Not exactly collaborating. Still have no clue who anyone is since no one talks to each other.
