“Some teams”, which were identified as CTO and TRAIN. No clue what those acronym represent. Unless the main reason is that these groups have catastrophically high attrition, this is a slippery slope. That is, one that should lead to other groups saying, “Hey, what about us?” Which would be great.

Every time in the last 2 years we've been screwed out of some kind of benefit, the execs excuse has been "it's to bring us in alignment with our peers in the industry". Let me guess, that only cuts one way.
