Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

So, what’s next after Mortgage?

I imagine that nobody is that naive to think that layoffs will stop after Mortgage. So, the most reasonable question that comes up is what part of the company next in line for mass layoffs? Or, maybe it’s better to ask at this point which part of the company is going to be hit the hardest?

Just wait til the finish the Chase playbook and 70-80% are offshore.

This is why I got out of tech last year. Saw it happen at Chase and history repeating itself with their failed management who moved here.

@ifa+1gsbif0l How was that communicated? I am in Tech and do not recall hearing that.

We (in Tech) have already been told that the workforce is getting "realigned" in May to 70% US based and 30% India based.

I don't know what the relative percentages are now, nor how exactly they're going to come to those numbers. Honestly, I though we already had at least 30% in India, but I know there's a ton of turnover there so seeing all the new names all the time might be misleading.

Wish I knew exactly HOW they pick who to layoff, and who to keep..............
