I wonder if they need to increase staff monitoring this site because this place is busy lately. Here and b of a seem to be the most active larger institutions on this site. And I think we come in first. Hm.

There IS an Employee Monitoring Team out there. They had a job opening posted for that a couple years ago. I tried to find out more, but couldn't find anything, and the posting was taken down.
It would be interesting to know what that's all about. My guess is that when they get a report of some kind of questionable activity that identifies a specific employee, then they start looking at things like social media postings, bank accounts, real estate transactions, etc. Only a guess.
Not sure why you say the OP was was “completely incoherent.” It made sense to me (and apparently others based on all the replies). Might be a little easier to read had OP capitalized B of A, but I certainly wouldn’t have called it incoherent for that.
As for your notion of busy. This layoff Wells Fargo has been the busiest of all company sites for at least 2 years. Little Charles was hired for a reason and everyone knows it and many like to unwind.
@OP+1gr9PmIj post is completely incoherent. How do these people even get hired?
While a bit under the radar compared to Glassdoor & Blind, I assure you this site is constantly monitored...as is any mention of WF anywhere online. That's basic reputation management. However I doubt any posts will lead to someone getting doxed unless you reveal too much and upset the wrong mo--n.
Two thoughts:
- This site wouldn't be so active if we could actually communicate with each other at work. We aren't allowed to bring up anything negative or that could be perceived as negative to leadership so we talk her.
- I have a difficult time believing WF monitors this site. No shade, but I just don't think they are that competent. They can barely figure out how to monitor their financial systems.
The high school hall monitor has spoken.
No one is officially monitoring this site but it does indeed get brought up as tidbits in conversations with leaders. The folks here that are worried there’s some big scheme to find out who is positing here; or that wfc leadership truly cares are just wrong
Why do you care?
@cpw+1gr9PmIj
There are no EACO calls anymore ;)
They may invest a little time monitoring, but they really don't care. To easy to dismiss as "just a few disgruntled employees".
Sorry, no job openings in that field anytime soon, try applying somewhere else.
They don’t do anything about what they see here, so not sure it would make much difference.
Yes they do need to increase it, I've seen security-sensitive network topology information get leaked on here. They should also work to minimize the invites to EACO calls to keep that info contained.
