Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

Have we been back long enough for layoffs to begin?

In my current work environment, there are many who don't show up as they used to before Covid. Do they get let go, even though most do excellent work? Everything is so wishy washy. Can we trust Uncle Charlie to give us only a narrow and neat trim but not a company crushing scalping?

The number Charlie needs to fire is far more than a trim. Those productive employees you talk about may certainly be layed off. Yep, closer to a scalping. I am tired of being worried about being let go. If it happens, it happens. I'll look for work then.

Well if you were with Wells Fargo 10 maybe 15 years ago like me, then you knew this was coming. It was only a matter of time. I'm just surprised that they gave so many of our jobs to India and The Philippines. I was told I'll be working from home Indefinitely.... I guess that means until they lay me off

Trust who, Charlie? There will be key people let go whenever he begins to pull the plug. When will that happen is the question.
