To facilitate a speedier return to the offices, WFB should consider offering free food and snacks.

Your locations do not have a snack room? We have an office person go down to Costco every month. Fills up the mini-van, then we all help unpack it. Bring in tons of snacks and soda for everyone. Chips, candy, water, sodas, etc
I still need a mouse pad, there is free coffee and creamer and water. I met at least 10 people as my whole team is in another state.

I swear people are going out of their way not to talk to each other. No small talk at all, unless you knew someone previously. I have met one new person in the 5 weeks I’ve been in the office.

They fail to realize that the in office camaraderie they pine so hard for us gone. The world has changed, people have changed.
I can remember when the boss used to bring in donuts or bagels on a random Friday to thank the team for the week - paying out of their pocket. I doubt we’ll see that kind of sincere appreciation again any time soon.
There is no free lunch. They'll reduce bonuses and comp to profit off the lunch.
Given how hard this company is trying to get rid of employees, ain't a chance in he-l I'd eat any free food provided by it. He-l, I saw a coworker damn near chip a tooth on those stale RTO cookies

Daily commute time and cost for a fun size box of M&Ms once a month. Pathetic that anyone would think this is acceptable.
Yeah im not doing 3 hours RT for snacks. This whole RTO is nuts and they're pushing me to look bringing it up over and over. The executive management created this mess to begin will. They have teams everywhere. Why is it logical at all for someone to waste 3 hours a day going back in forth to a office where there are zero co workers that are interacted with. Even Charlie himself doesn't work out of where the headquarters is located. Do as i say, not as i do.
I would rather starve than go back to the office.
