Anyone in mortgage/home lending hear of any changes coming? I’ve been at Wells (as a HMC) for 20 years and it has certainly changed. It seems like they are trying to do more of a centralized model. HELOC’s are gone. The pay for internal refinances is almost nothing. The amount of “big brother watching” investigations and internal audits is astounding. The whole processing model with random processors is awful. Not sure if this is the place to be any longer…

What do you think "Americas Most Trusted Home Lender" means. All automation and machines so humans can't mess it up or bill overtime.
Start asking about North Star... it's basically technology to replace HMCs... good luck!
