I havent ever seen so much fraud and unethical practices encouraged by management so much as I have now here in Miss! COR, retail is hurtin! No help, inexperience and managers just showing these new RSC how to commit it all! And yes, the hotline has been called by numerous reps from different stores

The beloved MSOC is nothing but fraud.
I got to get a copy of the Enron cook book people like to reference.
similar activities happened at Wells Fargo for many years. The honest employees got fired- either targeted bc they reported the fraud or bc they couldn’t perform at the same level without committing fraud themselves.
This has been going on for years at att…. the only way anything will ever happen is if employees start keeping up with how the fraud is occurring and how it is creating false reporting to shareholders.
The company will never be accountable to its own internal investigation departments, but they are accountable to the laws around SEC reporting.
Watch the Wells Fargo fraud documentaries. They are heartbreaking.
AT&T taught Enron how to cook the books…
Lol, ethics. This it the wrong company for any of that nonsense.
What ethics?
Calling eeo does nothing but cause problems for the reporter. Talk it through with someone you trust and know if you go to the media or attorney general that the heat will be on you for quite awhile until the truth comes out, I have thought of a class action lawsuit due to being forced to work in a hostile work environment but I don’t think I would have enough support from co workers
Contact your local media.
Remember all investigations by corporate gestapo circle the wagon. All get investigated including the complaint submitter. Had a guy report an ex and he ended up losing his job over an entry on his job app 5 years prior. He was good performer.
Every department at AT&T is cooking the books. It took me a long time to learn that NOTHING matters here except making numbers. Your job is making numbers and nothing else.
The state AG should be your only call. Contacting anyone within the company puts your job at risk. Those departments exist to minimize company exposure to fines and lawsuits, not to stop fraud.
They will all receive spot awards for doing their job.
Are the hotline calls doing anything to punish these employees?
