yes. first you need to work at JP Morgan Chase for at least 10 years. Second, it is none of your business external OP. We do not disclose that type of information here. If you want to know what the C suite makes go to Yahoo finance.
Make sure the compensation is off the charts, bc you wont be around for long.

If you are already an Engineering Senior Manager, you can directly get promotion as Director with $300 - $500 k base salary plus $100 K to $300 k bonus. No notification, no interview, no recruiter processes and all happens in the backend.
But if you are a software engineer and you wanted to become a senior software engineer, you have to go through notification, apply, recruiter, 3 rounds of interview, wait for 3 -6 weeks and finally bargain for a pay rise of $3000 - $5000. And this way you will never become Director in your life time. :)
In that location, and digital, I'd think 300K.
