Which Groups are Up Next for Layoffs

We know the intent is to continue to lay off employees and no group is safe except those at the very top. Which groups are next?

Drain the swamp we call Marketing along with Corp comms. Shed at least 25% across the LOB then cut some more of that dead weight.

Our group had seen a significant reduction in work and little to no communication from LOB leaders like in the past. No new hires in 6 months. Not sure how much longer this can last before they start making cuts. I would be open for a severance for sure.

I will be surprised if I’m still here by the end of June. Products being deployed to automate what I’m doing along with our SHRP issue being formally closed in June. I’m ready for a severance package! I’m tired of going from excited to get a bonus to living in fear every year.

I'm guessing every department as they push offshoring positions and automation.

Marketing is safe. We can’t hire digital savvy FTEs fast enough.
