Stank's power grab

Not that anyone is surprised, Stank isn't going any where. McFresh is pushed aside, and Legg, Kenny, and Arroyo (strategy role and not a joke) are now direct reports to Stank. There are 3 key posts open, ABS, Consumer and Network (Mair is vacating). Will better people take these roles or the incompenency steak continues.

Stankey is all washed up, he just doesn't realize it, he is delusional. Once you lose the respect of the employee base, it's all over.

“The honorable thing to do is offer a package to senior employees.”

A majority of longterm employees have been overpaid for years in relation to their skillset.

McE’s leadership team is almost all from Consumer. Only 1 from Business. All of Thaddeus’s Consumer leaders have new spots announced.

Doesn’t look good for Business leaders, especially with Chow and Patel out.

I hope we learn the fate of low level personnel early in this quarter! This way, if any of us are impacted, we can move on to another company rather quickly since there are 10 million jobs out there waiting to be filled. Doesn't mean you'll stay in the same industry, but opportunities are certainly out there!

With Thaddeus conveniently out of the way, the consumer technology team is ripe for taking.

Jeremy Legg will reign supreme over all of IT. Consumer Technology team will be one of his Domains. Jon Summers will become his CIO. Eric Boyer is good as gone. All those Salesforce stuff will now come under Jon Summers.

It will be a blood bath for all those AVPs and Directors in consumer technology org that have 10 or fewer people on their teams. This is perfect for getting rid of and consolidating.

They are bringing in people with less emotional attachment to the outside work force. All 3 orgs will be having massive surpluses coming.

Legg, Kenny, and Arroyo. If they ever did a remake of that movie Weekend at Bernie's with these three, Thaddeus would be perfect for the role of Bernie. Unbelievable how he manages to stick around. I guess he makes a good paper weight or door stop in the exec wing in Dallas

Isn't it amazing that Chow and Mair retired right when Stankey is announcing a leadership reorg? What a huge coincidence!
