any word on the future for the business channel? seems kind of redundant we have smb reps and b2b reps AND inside sales reps in both channels as well. too much internal bickering over sales and accounts and confusing for customers and reps

rumor has it that R2B will soon be 1 rep for two stores and you know already what's going to happen to low-performance reps. Bye bye!
After all, we do everything at the store r2b doesn't do cr-p and makes more money for selling over the phone fake appointments.
Quotas for B2B, already up as normal in the first Q already, Then went up 20% Mar 1st and another 8.5 -10% in the entire East B2B channel (Must be bc we are doing SO WELL!!!)
Despite multiple issues with stock outages, flavor of the month focus (TMP, BI, 5G, FWA & SFDC made up appts bc every can book 8+ appts per day) and constant "blitz calls, State of the business and "Voluntold opportunities" for Citizen VZ. I'm so deep in bu-----t, I cant tell if the grass is greener elsewhere. But as a moral of the story once said "Not everyone who craps on you is your enemy. Not everyone who gets you out of cr-p is your friend. If you are Warm and OK in a pile of cr-p, KEEP YOUR MOUTH SHUT!!!"
Rules of engagement are pretty clear. Plus if a lead from the store is sent to the b2b rep based on account ownership, both get paid 100% so no reason to steal.
Sometimes a customer doesn’t want to go to the store or their rep doesn’t respond quickly enough, which is why inside sales exists.
Because working for Verlieson sucs ballz! Duh...
b2b and smb seem to have lots of openings lately- why such a high turnover?
