Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

A better ceo

Dan Price on Twitter:
Sending your employees back to the office when gas, food, child care, pet care, etc are all through the roof - and not giving them a raise - after they spent 2 years doing the job just as well from home is a great way to tell your employees you don't care about them

Charlie's raise covers his extra expense and then some. We're ok as long as Charlie is okay. Does that just about sum it up? Think Charlie, not yourself, it's the new Wells way.

Just stop… his company has about 1000x less employees (not making that up as his company has less than 200 employees (would guess most are hand picked by him and why they are so happy) he also promotes how he got purchased a Tesla when he gave them a minimum $70k salary… his company gets 1000s of resumes a day on this pie in the sky nonsense. Public company has different rules, requirements, etc… go apply and see if people like this will hire you or even hear from them

Dan Price is the last person to look at for integrity or anything else. He gave himself a pay rise of a million dollars (from 50k). When his brother (the other owner) sued him over it, he kicked in his whole "i'm for the employee" persona. He raised the salaries to 70k to keep his brother from getting any money for the company they built together. He's a creep.

SvB AMA today he said - if people leave because they don’t agree with the change, that’s fine.

That's what they are going for, so I'm sure the board / CEO, on truth serum, would agree completely. It's all about voluntary resignations, and always has been.
