What happened towards the end with the comments about the book that could be a movie? I got called by my manager but others around me were like - what is he talking about?

@euvHe answered it. It was about job competitiveness. If you're in an easily replaceable position, no way you're avoiding RTO. If your role is more crucial, you have more remote opportunity.
Regarding some of the questions he got: We need to press them on RTO, but when you make stupid claims like "hemorrhaging talent" when that is easily disprovable, snakes like SVB will latch on to that part and just point out how it's wrong, instead of answering the actual question. Know what you're talking about and ask more hard hitting questions.
Did he even answer the question about RTO classification vs Remote classification? I don't believe he did. The question was why are some people being given remote classifications vs those that have to RTO. Just BS about RTO
