Do Workday comp ranges include bonus?

I know this has been asked before, but responses have been contradictory. I'm hoping now that Workday had been around a bit, this is easier to answer now.

The comp ranges shown in job openings in Workday... Is that base salary only, or is it also intended to include annual bonus?

Looking at a job opening in my state with my identical title, I'd have to guess that it's only base salary, but am not sure...?

Base only - just look at front office CIB roles to confirm that for yourself

Ive seen a few that show the salary range, then below it specifically calls out "this role may be eligible for additional compensation in the form of a discretionary bonus, restricted share rights, etc." so it seems to be just the base salary to me.

I asked a manager about this and was told that it includes base salary and bonus. So if you see a range of say 111k-197k that is the most you can get with bonus. Now take that with a grain of salt as this manager is new to the company so hopefully others can chime in with more knowledge about this because I'm curious as well.
