Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

How is it possible we're still having layoffs?

My team is severely understaffed and I don't know any that's at full capacity. Most of it is due to attrition but some is due to previous layoffs. Are there areas that are still overstaffed? How? How did you stem attrition? And how did you manage to avoid previous layoffs? I'm genuinely curious about this.

Layoffs are happening in my LOB because leaders did not properly allocate resources, and hired duplicate positions, and also were just d-mb ases on a pedestal with no financial or business knowledge. So now employees suffer by losing their jobs. Also, the leaders of the leaders didn’t hold them accountable but instead, left cr-p up to the hiring managers to figure out. Stuid.
