Thread regarding Truist Bank layoffs

It'd be great if they offered voluntary layoffs

I know a lot of people who would be happy to accept it and it would take the pressure and stress off the people who want (or more likely have to) stay. It's the best solution for everybody involved. Is there any chance something like this might be a possibility down the line?

That may happen to anyone who dares to be honest on the "anonymous" annual survey and suddenly has "performance issues".

Just quit. Leadership has quit on you already. They don’t care. Check out the Truist fb page. It’s a laugh a minute.

Teammate ( ie Dude,
did you miss the boat or possibly weren’t eligible?) Truist offered a Voluntary Separation Retirement Program (VSRP) Program in 2021 for those that were eligible based on 55+ age + 10 years tenure.
