By my rough estimation, week 2 of RTO had the most people on site. Since then it's slowly been going down each week, and it's a beautiful thing.

Wells is a sinking ship. Get out before you get laid off soon or forced into a workforce share cr---y job until they fire you.
Since I’m close to an office I played along for a month. I had one interaction with someone at the coffee maker.
I did not see any value in going in so I’m going in less and less. Dress code? nope, Jeans every day for me.
@dpp - I’m not sure that’s due to any action on the part of Wells. People are leaving in droves. Chuckie just makes things miserable for all and then watches the ship sink.
