Elizabeth Holmes would be perfect.
A house plant.
We need the likes of Jack Welch or Bill Walsh; the personality and know-how people liked them and they knew what they were doing.
Seems like someone from India could do the needful much cheaper.
Anybody they can get to warm the seat, just like last time. That job is no more desirable now than it was when they finally got Charlie in there. Nobody with options wants Wells Fargo, at any level.

Definitely this. It should be someone who comes from outside banking, but heavy on tech.
Someone not from another bank, we need to break the mold of traditional banking and move into the present.
