Mobility techs low on work

Managers are coaching favorites on how to milk the ESM ticket numbers..... We need a change in leadership.

Same here, no work. Not sure how long this can continue. It would be more cost effective to offer some type of exit incentive package.

My boss says the only numbers he cares about is the number that gets deposited in his bank account every two weeks !

My level 1 has no clue about what we even do in Business Services. Has no clue how ling an installation should take or how easy a retrieval is. That's why we do only on order per day whether it takes 15 minutes or 5 hours. And, they seem to not care either way!

Us top craft techs have been fudging numbers for years.
NID unplugged? Drive around to a bunch of peds on the cable route. Sit and listen to the radio at each one.
3 hrs later go back and plug the NID back in.
Take it to a cable code.
You'll look great!
Then hit the button and get "No jobs available" and the boss will hide you on PMs or Air Pressure. Because without all these techs, we don't need all these bosses.
Work 10 minutes, get paid 8 hrs.
No way any company can make it doing that.
But it' not my problem.
And no one above level 2 has any clue.
