I’m literally the only one on the floor today!! My team is remote! People are definitely NOT coming in.

You seem surprised. We told you were weren't doing it, and here we are... you know... not doing it.
It seems to be a common theme. The few times I've been in the floors have been pretty empty, same with parking lot.
IMO, they're probably still "watch and see" and will at some point start mandating more people in the office. That is until the new variant of COVID goes nuts.

OP here, regardless if your team is remote you have to physically go in. I found another person though, the cleaning lady in the bathroom and I collaborated! I’ve got an hour plus commute too! It’s all nuts! Quite arbitrary.
@czu, that is exactly what I am going to do - not go in.
I am going in once a month and waiting to see what happens if anything. LOL!
Same here. Why am I in? “Required” to be in office 3 days/week. Arbitrary and pointless.
