How much longer can AT&T get away with these irresponsible and unethical standards. AT&T’s aggressive fiber expansion is a dud, as half the installations experience facility issues preventing the order from being installed on the agreed upon installation date. Authorized Retail is now adding lines, labeled “extra line” to customer’s accounts and telling them that their new plan includes a new line. Why is this company not being sued into oblivion?

With all of our bulk and overhead, T can’t compete long term against the traditional cable companies & 3rd party carriers(power companies & municipalities that are placing fiber). Blame the union wages & blame the multi layered management if you want.
forget about the orders - we cannot get an installer to show up to install the service in the first place. We have a 50% install rate due to no shows for techs. We are a joke now.
Phony complaint. I've installed plenty of subs and they are all working fine.
Any employee that knows of wrong doing within the company and fails to take proof to the proper agencies is a worthless human. You are no better than your lords.
I guess we are about to find out.
We’ve lost about $100billion in market cap over the last few years. We need all the revenue we can get with the lowest possible expenses.
