Why is Charlie having a virtual town hall if all his employees are returning to the office? Feels a little unfair to me. Thoughts?

He is a remote employee in his contract.
His kids are probably on spring break so he will call in from his beach house.

I encourage everyone to NOT attend this call. Imagine his outrage if he is collectively ignored. The Board will have to react, eventually, if it is proven no one is respecting him.
