100% BS. There is something really off here. I can't name one person here that actually believes this or would say it to anyone, let alone in a LinkedIn survey.

They forgot to put "Paid advertising" under that article heading.

Somebody in HR is paying people to say this stuff on Linked In.

Follow the money.

Something smells fishy… from the article:

“It's the second year in a row that Amazon and Alphabet topped the annual LinkedIn Top Companies report. Wells Fargo wasn't on last year's ranking of the top 50 companies at all.”

Wells wasn’t on the list at all last year and rocketed to 3rd place this year? Someone was paid off for this.

almost:

  1. layoff dead weight workers
  2. move some roles overseas to get the average and bad players to leave then move hire top notch with some of the savings
  3. drive fear into the minds of those that are mediocre still at the organization
  4. people not worring promote wf on social media and you can get “incentives” for advertising on social media campaigns

HA HA HA HA HA... did you notice that WF was just 2 up from WALMART? on the same list..... that pretty much invalidates that entire list as anything valuable.

Well my friends here’s how that works:

  1. layoff good workers
  2. move some roles overseas and make them aware that you are doing so to save costs
  3. drive fear into the minds of everyone still at the organization
  4. tell the people to only promote wf on social media and you can get “incentives”
  5. pay for advertising on ppc social media campaigns.

The above is the process to a t to get a higher LinkedIn job rating.

  1. Microsoft owns LinkedIn
  2. wf loves Microsoft inferior products
