smoke every day, never been tested. been here 5+ years. i know there are high-level (no pun intended) managers who also smoke. it's simply legal in too many places at this point. maybe they test for some specific jobs but definitely not your everyday grunts.

We aren’t a warehouse operating forklifts or apartment maintenance. You should be fine

If that is your question before coming here to actually work (assuming you actually work), I wouldn’t want to hire you.

20 years here. Never a dr-g test. Never heard of another employee having one. I'm in tech. May be different for others, like armored car drivers or security guards, etc.

They had required a negative dr-g test to get hired 15-20 years ago. That stopped probably because WF wanted to save money.

Never heard of random dr-g testing happening here. I’ve smelled it wafting out of the men’s room.

Yes, there is random dr-g testing.

Gotta do it often or I get used to the strain.

When I was a banker I regularly passed other bankers cars in the garage that smelled strongly of Mary Jane. One if my peers was terrible in the morning to after his first break, then he was a God in the phone for whatever sales game was going on. I passed him one day and his car windows were cloudy white so much, you couldn't see anyone through it

@1gmy+1gWqUTDA That’s a requirement of your contract firm. When I joined WF as an employee I was kind of surprised there was no dr-g screen. You get the credit check, fingerprint bonding and standard employment background but no dr-g screen.

Those joking that they need to be on something to deal with the people here aren’t wrong though. Neither is the one saying half the staff would be fired if they did test.

If they did random testing, half the staff would get fired. There is no testing before or after you're hired.

The only way most of us are able to tolerate people here is if we're baked.

No testing for any employees. Smoke away, I mean, use those CBD gummies away.
