I don’t think so. That is basically why they are holding so tight to their positions, and shifting blame for their lousy decisions towards the employees.

@yig+1gVCdzcy Thank goodness most of us don’t live in that $#!t ho-e….
I still have my union fight song ringback tone! 🎵🎶 Union ho! Union ho! 🎵🎶
Here in the SF Bay Area, $140k is a poverty wage.
And who is going into $100k of debt? My education was free with the GI Bill.
Try again dreg...
@ vns+1gVCdzcy awww pumpkin there is a shortage of skilled labor in this country…. I agree that an education is crucial for success in this day and age….but it doesn’t necessarily mean college…..electricians (mostly our techs) achieve 80-140,000 per year without going into 100,000+ in debt to achieve said salaries….. check mate
Wrong. I have skills that you do not have. They are called transferrable skills that employers will pay top dollar for.
These skills come from an MBA software engineering degree.
Try again dreg.
The real question is why @yhp+1gVCdzcy does not know that the Union and Craft workers are 'associate employees' and work for the Union. The Union has a contract with the company to provide workers with skills that the customer needs but you do not have. And that is why you will get laid off before me, and why I am more valuable to the company than you. Just sayin'
The real question is why union people are all lifetime indentured servants of Verizon? They never seem to leave even though they are all miserable. Clearly they have no choice.
there are more good ones than bad ones. the bad ones were hired for the wrong reasons.
my grade 7 manager cannot even manage or schedule 2 direct reports smh.
