RTO updates

Anyone heard anything new? We got 0-day offender reports a few weeks ago asking for reasoning by person. Also sat i a meeting where our group wide numbers were communicated as being low. Since then I’ve heard nothing

I’m assuming RTO violators can be fired “for cause,” and wouldn’t get severance. True?

My manager has said absolutely nothing to me about RTO. And with the Covid outbreaks in both buildings in my area, I don't think they can say anything!!

Zero day person here. I'd love it if they asked me to explain myself. Or even better if they demanded that I come in.

Why...? Because I - and most of my team - live over 50 miles from the nearest office. They'd lose us all.

While losing a dozen people is nothing to a huge company like WF, but if they lose the RIGHT dozen people, and entire system goes down. And does not come back up.

Your move, Mr Manager...

Low as in not meeting three. Very few were on the zero day list

Low as in, there are not many ppl complying? Or low as in, a low population is at 0 days?
