Only a CM crony can indulge in this trivial level of gas lighting ....
Just look at the level of P2 / P3 issues coming out of Online Banking - this in spite - the so claimed resiliency improvements ..
Perhaps CM isn't dealing with the brightest of the brightest. Like, people who use initials as if it's against the rules to names even though it's quite easy to read the rules to see there is nothing forbidding using names.
CM - another classic example of a VP-level person being elevated to a very senior level for which he is , and never will be, ready.

How many have left?
CM and his org is a shitshow. It has taken them over two years to redesign a mobile app that is buggy as he-l. The WF virtual assistant is being managed by one of his directs who has no clue what his team is doing..
All the senior leadership hires in DTI have been CMs cronies from his past gigs and consulting backgrounds. Complete sh-t show ...
@kto+1gU6OfMj - attrition because of budget is just one aspect. The whole DTI org is toxic
What’s CM? What’s DTI? ...
It's on the tip of your Chinny Chin Chin....
I left all because of CM. He’s useless and lacks the leadership to get the teams behind him. It’s his way or no way. He talks big about collaborating and allowing the engineers and folks in trenches to set the course and path but it’s all a lie.
CM = direct of Saul, should be easy to figure out.
DTI is the department the individual above leads, again pretty easy to find out.
What’s CM? What’s DTI?
CM hired a DEI guy for Strategy and Architecture for DTI - Left within 6 months
CM promoted a mo--n as banks first Distinguished engineer - Left 2 months after promotion
CM promoted a long time senior manager as the new director of strategy and Architecture - Left in less than 6 months.
This was a useless post. Attrition b/c of what-- budget issues? 'cause that's happening.
Brilliant post. Thanks for the info
