Layoffs will be coming as doors transform to dealer doors. The first round was last year and they did them the first quarter. The second round will come sometime this year. It’s a surprise maybe 3rd quarter I’d assume. Verizon is bleeding and bleeding bad.

They are way behind schedule. I think it will be Q1 of next year. 2023 will be a tough year for retail especially if there is a recession and the supply chain w labor shortages start working itself out.

Former employee wondering which DFW stores. I have three indirect stores on the same street, about five miles apart. Makes absolutely no sense.
Guess y’all missed the memo, they’ve already announced and the last day of pay for the recent round of store closures is June 1. Several metro area stores in DFW, Houston area to name some local.
So it’s an evaluation process right the first round of layoffs happened and the forum caught wind of the situation and published findings. This round Verizon has been tipped off that sensitive information was leaked and won’t be given for others to distribute so easily this time around. It’s bound to happen and sooner than later it’s just a numbers game no profitability let dealers make up the loss and Verizon take no risk.
