What wells got accused of in the NYT is literally a problem across America. Heck the NFL is getting sued for something similar. People wanting to hire people they know or like is a tale as old as time. I’m sure after the Flores lawsuit many current and former corporate employees wanted their story heard. However, nothing raises eyebrows or grabs headlines quite like wells doing something unethical. Don’t get me wrong we are a sh-t company with incompetent leadership but that sales practices fiasco makes it to where us passing gas or us processing checks in 49 hours instead of 48 is front page news
Oh also the shadow interview thing is wrong, discriminatory and needs to be addressed. Don’t want this to be confused with saying it’s no big deal
