I would like to see an immediate increase of 10%, maybe 8% for each of the next two years. Inflation is through the roof. I would not object to COLA if that were included.
I am sure it will come down to the very last minute or a period of time working without a new contract. This way both sides as usual can puff their chests and say look at what we did.

Yep. we need to save room on this discussion board for information about non bargained folks getting the AXE. So much room will be needed in the next few months. Santone and Stankey are working on getting the layoff machine oiled up and soon it will run at full speed, and so smoothly it will run.
Too far in advance for any news.
don't worry att keeps lots of "managers" on hand as a bargaining tool to do your job when you strike.
