If you haven’t found out already that they got rid of people that actually knew something that you newbies relied on and don’t have a clue now, you will soon enough.
CLT for one is a cr-p show right now because of their short sightedness.

While I don't agree with some of the decisions being made by leadership, I have to say that SVB is an impressive guy. He can speak at a high-level on any subject or get down into the details. I don't see those same skills with CS.
