I stopped going in for RTO and when management asks me I will simply say that I want to reduce my carbon footprint.

I have a place to house a horse. I guess I’ll be riding to work since we won’t have any gas to drive a car. Batteries for electric cars aren’t recyclable and require mining for Rare Earth materials that are declining in supply. Back to horses and stagecoaches I guess.

You must be in a location that has mass transit available just about any where. Well, the other 90% of us don't ehich means we must commute in personal vehicles. So 90% of 250,000 employees means roughly 225,000 vehicles (deduct a small amount for car pools) commuting. I wouldn't consider that a "small" carbon footprint.

Eh, ESG is all the rage these days. But to make the connection to people commuting is picking at straws. If you really care, give up your car and don't drive at all. Of all the double speak from management, this one is low on the list.
While I agree they are heretical and portraying a reality they don’t believe in, their emissions goals are based on the customer segment/ changes in financing of specific sectors and don’t mention their own real estate footprint or 1000s of forced commuters at all.
It’s the old two faced brand we know so well.
