Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

Signs of a failing company

  1. a robust, active board on the LayOff, check.
  2. high turnover, dissatisfied employees, check.
  3. significant regulatory issues, check.
  4. a stained reputation, check.
  5. a lack of respect for their talent, check.
  6. out of touch with the modern day workforce, check

I swear this post is annual lol wells is sh-t but it’s not going anywhere. 2008 basically solidified American corporations. Wells is the fourth largest bank in the country it’ll always be here even if there’s incompetence at the top

Inability to retain or hire talent.

Some of you amuse me. Wells could cut 30% in a swoop, and come out more streamlined and a better company as a result. Clearly that would be massively disruptive and isn't likely to happen. So they snip and trim, here and there, getting things closer to where they should be. It's unfortunate to be kept in the dark until something affects you personally, but it is sadly just a part of business, as times get better or worse, expanding and shrinking to match needs and tech as it changes.
