Don't tell me you're staying because you have to even if you hate it here. If you can't find anybody to give you a job even with 11.5 million available positions across all industries, then that's more of a 'you' problem than anything else. Anybody who wants to leave is leaving. So can you, if you really want to.

T is stuck with a bunch of useless layers of management and the cream of the cr-p that couldn't get employed anywhere else because the only way the got into T in the first place is that they have the same last name as someone in management or know someone is management. Staying only long enough to get my pension. My exit date is 2.5 years away. I already have a job offer and I just started a side hustle in T’s dime.
Anyone just starting here, I feel for you. I won’t have all of what the employees before me received. But it’s a helluva a lot more than what newbies will receive.
If you have less than five years tenure and you cannot see how bleak the future at T is, then you get what you deserve.
