So a boomer or older then? Because GenX certainly grew up that way. It’s a digital, heavily technological era and it’s only going to increase. Face to face is the old analog era. Times change and if your business doesn’t change with the times you should probably look at closing your doors.

Fridays just aren't attended very well. But I wholeheartedly support RTO. It is inhuman to hide behind home computers. My generation did not grow up that way.
Lol I walked around counting folks. 7 out of 100 in the office. I started chit chatting to a few as my whole team is in another state. I mean I’m collaborating meeting new folks, why work and yes I tried looking for a freaking pen pad of paper. Boxes everywhere folks all unopened.
Stand strong! The fewer that go in send a message.
If you're more productive at the office, go in.

I chuckle when I see all the taped up cardboard boxes still sitting around everywhere. Good sign that a lot of people haven't returned.
I spend a good 20 minutes today trying to find a pen and notepad. Good use of time ;)
Yeah, Fridays appear to be one of the least bad days to go in. Definitely less occupancy compared to anything midweek. Fewer distractions, which is nice.
