Finding a cube will never be a problem. Mid morning and still more empty than full. What a flipping joke. No one respects or fears management at this point. You need one of the two to control.

I was surprised by the low numbers. I chose to go in on Mondays and Fridays to try to avoid the crowds. Because of some appointments, I had to go in on a Wednesday. It wasn’t any busier than a Monday or Friday. Seemed like people were leaving right after lunch too.
I haven't even seen 1/4 of that, but all LOBs are different I suppose.
Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday are between 80-110% occupancy in the sections that have returned at our office.
Are you saying if a manager asks for an IP address he need to have ERs permission first? Curious.
We had at most 10% occupancy today, then lunch came and the number dropped to about 2%
Surprisingly Fremont is full.
Yesterday I trudged in over hour commute via train. I’m sitting all by myself with no one near me and my team is remote. Saw maybe 7 people on my floor walking around trying to find my assigned area. I had to clean the office and desks myself. The drawers were disgusting. Gross. Ghost town in chicago.

We get asked to provide IP or location info to management often - even before RTO - and we are unable to provide it without HR approval. This would apply to the supposed “reports” that misinformed people think are being generated. They may be able to see high level numbers but granular info is much more restricted.
Ran into an unplanned personal issue that will limit my ability to get into the office this week. I let my manager know in case I end up on some bad report. He said he hasn't seen any reports yet and has no idea what they would even look like, just lots of rumors. We will see how long before, or even if, people start getting told to step it up.
4 out of 72 seats filled in my assigned area today
That is up from 3 yesterday, mgt reports it as a 34% increase

I’m still waiting for the leaders in my department assigned to my location to actually show up.
If I’m being told to be in the office, so should they. I won’t be coming in much longer if this is the case.
