This person is detached from the previous leadership of WFHM so has no personal attachment (sound like anyone?) to get in the way of tearing it apart. WFHM is going away. Get past the denial and get your head wrapped around it.
Watch for a big pivot to offshoring as AI is finished up. There’s a reason so many departments here are pushing for a everything you be done the exact same way and with certain percentage of accuracy, and I think it’s because many groups are basically training an AI.
Those take time and can even develop a bias, so they will shift a ton to offshoring where they can be demanding and pay very little to make sure it’s all done identically.
