I could be okay with a hybrid work model for good

Let me make this clear from the start, I would prefer to go back to fully working from home. I think remote work is better, more productive, and makes employees happier. However, since that is not happening, if we can keep a hybrid work model as it is right now, I'd be okay. Is it ideal? No. But I still get two days with no commute, no office distractions, and extra hours for myself. I could learn to accept that.

I like the hybrid too. The group I support had this model prior to the pandemic. I work in the office MTW. Wensday feels like my Friday.

Some of you give up too soon. I'm staying remote. There is no discussion.

It will be five days per week before summer is over

3 days per week is too much! Bring us in for important meetings or if a key partner is in town from another location. Otherwise it’s completely pointless.

If you work in a sector where remote work is not the norm, then that is a fair point. Many of the hub locations do not have enough seating for everyone to come in 5 days a week. If they really terminate all of us refusing to come in, that will solve their seating problem though.
