People would love to have your Agile deal. Agile is about the biggest fraud in technology. A fine idea initially… based upon the kind of tight groups which had constant “over the cubical” conversations on interfaces and functionality requirements as they worked.
This only worked for tight focused groups where all had great talent. No Agile has become a haven to supply welfare to obsolete project managers. No large bank has had success with agile and none will.

Basically like Six Sigma was. Huge waste of time and a way for people to justify jobs with meetings instead of doing actual work.
Agile is an absolute f'ing joke.
It's just another layer of management, along with all the meetings (correction: "CEREMONIES"), useless overhead, and delays. All it does is justify the existance of yet another layer of beaurocracy on top of all the other layers.
If you have your credit card, you can charge and ask for reimbursement.
That view from the ivory tower makes it hard to see how the little people, I.e., people who actually DO the work, actually work.
They already look silly…and just I’ll informed about how things really work.
And while gathering the offshore team members if it is before 11 AM EST...
Bring EVERYONE in the same office or appear to look inconsistent and silly.
If I have to drive in and pay 20$ for one meeting, then drive home, I will request reimbursement for each time I have to do this, what an absolute waste.
Sounds like being Agile to me.
