I'm in MN. The best thing about working in the office here is that the toilet seats are already warm from the person who used it just before you.
That's the best reason for RTO that I can think of.

The bathrooms are the most disgusting. I don't even use them.
I'd rather breathe slightly less clean air than have to take meds for hypertension.
