Aside from Powell emails about RTO...haven't heard a peep about tech hybrid model lately....last I heard it was 2x/week every other week...anyone hear anything different? Our group work all hours day/night and every one is spread out coast to coast and offshore !nd my chain of command also haven'tsaid anythingabout RTO....so confused 😕

Well that’s not sketchy at all. Completely normal course of action for an honest, upstanding company.
I heard the same—your manager will tell you verbally what is required/not required. Nothing in writing.

I heard it was half-days in office every other Thursday, 10-hour days Mondays and Fridays (alternating in and out of office, and you MUST be in the office Tuesday and Wednesday except for the 3rd week of every month
Agile Teams, I am only looking to do our backlog refinement. But since we are new, we are always canceling the backlog refinements as management is always changing the direction.
As he has said in town hall and AMA and tech emails. Check the technology RTO FAQ or look at the dozen threads in this forum that explain it.. All depends if you are ona scrum/kanban team.
Ask your manager. Seriously. There are LOBs that are allowing more flexibility, but the OC has made it very clear that any decision that doesn't follow the three-day but flexible policy must not be posted/emailed anywhere in writing. It can be filtered down through the management.
If your manager doesn't know then he hasn't been told any different.
It's don't ask, don't tell. As long as you come in twice a month you should be okay.
