Op do you live under a rock? Last Wednesday class action suit against WF for not paying overtime and Fed investigating 401K practices. So WF has basically moved on to fraud and screwing the employees instead if the customers.

Sorry to tell you it is still happening. A branch banker stole over 50k from two elderly customers in 2021. The bank has refused to reimburse one customer, 96 years old, over 34k. Fraud and claims keeps denying the claim. The bakner is being criminally prosecuted. The bank is still very broken and what do you mean "respect".
