Why does WFC always underperform the market so significantly? Major indices are down 1-2% and WFC is down 5.5%! What gives?

Cherry picking I see. C, BAC, MS, JPM, UBS, CS, DB all down 4-13%. The XLF is down almost 4%

All financial institutions are down about the same. Russia sanctions are expected to affect the finance sector more than the general market.
