Anything saved to your local computer is not backed up, so if that goes - say bye to your data.

I, for one, am glad this question was posted in this forum. It is good to know people like yourself are continueing to post relevant questions related to the topic of layoffs that we all desperately want to get answered and cannot get anywhere else.
Personal shared drives that go offline are usually due to a timeout that happens. They are highly sensitive to fluctuations in data connectivity. HPCA is not HP, its Hitachi. It was a solution that we were using in order to migrate towards the new virtual service. It has since been switched to One Drive due to better integration with Windows.
IMO the more potential places to store things, the higher the risk of retention politics being skirted.
And do we now use one drive or the HP Anywhere thing
