Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

Medical Accommodation status

My "accommodated in-position (Telecommute) request was approved back on November 1st but is not reflected in Our Workplace and my profile in Workday shows a business address (rather than a MAC mail processing hub address)
I still have proof of my approved accommodation but I'm wondering if the problem is specific to me or if other's are having the same issue.
I'm not 100% confident I won't encounter issues come RTO if my accommodation has fallen through the cracks.

I submitted my request after which I was contacted by HR indicating I needed to sign a medical release of information form - which I did - once they received the form and contacted my physician they reached out to my manager and ultimately my request was approved. I have my HR case resolution email along with my other approval emails as evidence

What documentation is exactly required to know you have the approved accommodation. Is it just one step and one document? Or multiple? Can someone help?
Thanks

as long as you have documentation of the decision (keep the emails) you are fine.

Workday is a total cluster. There are so many errors and inaccuracies that have to be fixed... and the teamworks-workday connection is spotty at best.

Mine is a permanent accommodation from the fall and it still reflects no accommodation in workday. i reached out to the original HR person that handled my request and she reassured me they are working to get workday updated. No concerns as i have all of the emails about my request and it being approved, which they tell you to retain the email for your records.

Mine was approved as well, but is not reflected on the work location page. I am not concerned because both my manager and I received emails this week with the extended date of my accommodation to June 1 (mine was not a permanent accommodation to begin with).

Since you have documentation, do what you want to do and wait for them to catch up to you.
It will be a long time before they do. Make sure to print it so Outlook doesn’t remove the approval due to mailbox cleanup.

Workday is quite frankly, a load of bovine ex------t. A lot of information is either not updated or incorrect. That being said, as long as no one (up in the food chain) complains about you having an accommodation, don’t worry.

It's a system issue. Nothing is being updated. Sometimes Teamworks and Workday also don't match.

They put in the closest location to you and by March 31st- all remote should be changed to the remote Mac codes.

When you go into Teamworks and search your work location (through a link in the RTO site), does it say Remote or a physical address? My entire team is remote. Workday shows their work location as whatever physical building (branch, corporate center) is closest to their home address. The link shows "remote".

Mine was approved and they just assigned a mac from a branch down the road. So long as it's in the same state for taxation purposes, I don't think it matters much.
