I’m looking forward to driving 20 miles into the dump and going immediately back home when there are no available desks. I should be online by 11 or so.
As a shareholder now, I want to know how you can say that you are taking action for lowering your company’s carbon imprint by requiring all employees to come in 3times a week. You might have an argument if employees actually had assigned desks and teams were together. However, what sense does it make to drive 10 miles, find a desk, and then make a phone call to your team?
RTO is about one person’s ego and inability to admit they are wrong. We can throw as many survey laden studies at Charlie between now and 3/14 as we can, and his position will remain unchanged. Regardless of our ability to adapt, evolve, and thrive, Charlie can’t innovate beyond growth from stock buybacks and slash and burn cost cutting. Wells Fargo looks more like it did 20 years ago than a company poised for agile adaptation and gains over the next decade. We’re just circling the drain.. in the tar pits.
Good survey, but remember that Chuckie gives precisely zero sh--s about anyone’s preferences for working from home. EVERYONE collaborates and innovates better in person because HE said so! So there!
Why would anyone want to downgrade their work environment by going into an office?
