Turbo tax worked perfect for me. If not just type in the friggin numbers.
Take a photo of it, then save it to your computer. Open the picture in your photo editor. Take a screenshot of that photo and upload the screenshot. Works everytime.
It must be WFs antiquated systems. TurboTax works on every one of my other imports but never WF. Not surprising..
Manually input the information or spend what is likely more time to troubleshoot it.
Use your hands, eyes, and that thing with the alphabet and numbers on it.
