Has anyone submitted a request to remain remote for their group and had it approved? Or are you on a group that will continue remote?
If so, share which group and what the basis was for the request/approval (if you know). This may help some of us in other groups that work with folks all over the country and have zero need to be in the office to be able to stay remote.
They want all the empty downtown buildings occupied because without RTO, we risk loan defaults due to little or no utilization of said businesses that rely on us.
Also, the collaboration / attrition with no severance benefits to WF.
Some groups are RTO after Labor Day they got a notification. I bet RTO in March back maybe a 1/3 of the folks back max
Going too specific will bring the wrong kind of attention.
All the processors,closers and underwriters in home lending will stay remote
of course they have been against it. they want you to quit on your own.

All underwriters is the only blanket exception. Otherwise, they all need to be approved one by one. Not sure why underwriters are so special.
All business underwriters that report up through Troy Johnson are going to stay permanently remote
My group is remote and will remain so until I say so.
I'm in tech and still listed 100% remote. My job is "out of" the geographically closest branch, but I don't ever have to go there. Nearest tech hub is over 300 miles away.

Tech teams I know where told once a week. Home Lending Ops teams I know will continue 100% remote due to avoiding attrition. HL is a big money maker.
I don’t know but would assume wealth/WFA/affluent support teams would be able to more remote than others.
